Hi, I'm Pen and WELCOME to Well Balanced Therapies.
My intention is to help women master the somewhat complex times throughout the reproductive life cycle. If you are feeling alone, struggling with difficult emotions, or experiencing feelings of loss and confusion or suffering from postnatal depression or anxiety, I would like to say to you, it doesn't have to be like this. I do not say this lightly as these are real, and at times scary things to experience. I have worked as a midwife for over 20 years, I am a mother to 2 children, and now a full time therapist using massage, hypnotherapy and shamanic practices to help women become more empowered and confident, and to bring peace during these times.
About Well Balanced Therapies
I use Neal's Yard massage oils as they are truly the best for massage. They are organic and therefore no nasty chemicals to upset your hormonal balance, or baby if you are having a pregnancy or postnatal massage! Please check out my Neal's Yard shop for all their natural and organic products.
My mission is simple, it's to help women get their power back. By reigniting confidence and self-belief, reducing physical and emotional stress, you can navigate your way through the reproductive life of fertility, motherhood, menopause and all the bits in between with a sense of calm. Either working in groups or in a 1-2-1, I will help you to access your capabilities, re-build your confidence and empower your own abilities.
